Amateur, from Amour

Many serious photographers strive to be a professional and get paid for doing photographers. I am interested in getting paid, however if it means losing the ability to shoot what I want it is not a good deal.

The root of amateur comes from the french, amour, for love. I am certainly someone who does photography for the love of it.
