Less is More, Again

Sometimes you need to learn the same lessons more than once.

Shooting two games at the CIS Mens' Basketball Championships gave me another chance to relearn the "less is more" lesson.

The first game was a combination of a 70-200 lens for the far end, and 17-55 and the close end. The result was a lot of nice shots, with not much cropping required.

In the second game, it was almost exclusively the 70-200 at both ends. It meant that many of the shots at the close end are throw aways because it was too close.

The surprise was that with fewer keepers, there were more winners because of the close cropping.
